Section 49

The North-East Frontier Agency Panchayat Raj Regulation, 1967.Regulations · 1967

(1) An Anchal Samiti shall prepare annually on or before such date and in such form as may be prescribed a budget estimate of its income and expenditure for the next financial year and may also prepare a supplementary budget estimate at any time during a financial year.

(2) The annual or supplementary budget estimate of an Anchal Samiti shall be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner and after being approved by him shall be binding on the Anchal Samiti.

(3) No expenditure shall be incurred by an Anchal Samiti unless it is included in the budget estimates which have been approved by the Deputy Commissioner under sub-section (2).
