Section 13: Repeal

The Odisha Compulsory Labour Act, 1948State Act of Odisha · Act 10 of 1948

The Madras Compulsory Labour Act, 1858 (Madras Act 1 of 1858) is hereby repealed.

1. Substituted vide The Adaptation of Law Order, 1950 for "Provincial"

2. For the Rule made under this Act, see Orissa L.S.R&O. Vol.I, Pt. X.

3. Deleted vide Orissa Act 26 of 1981.
