Section 60: Disposal on conclusion of trial for forest offence of produce in respect of which it was committed

When a trial of any forest offence is concluded, any forest produce in respect of which such offence has been committed shall, if it is the property of Government or has been confiscated be taken charge of by or under the authority of the Divisional Forest Officer,

45 and in any other case, may be disposed of in such manner as the Court may direct.
