Section 9: Executive authority to vest in the President and the power of authorisation

The Odisha Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955State Act of Odisha · Act 3 of 1956

1[(1) The executive authority of the Board shall vest in the President.]

(2) The President of the Board may, as the case may be, from time to time by an order in writing, authorise the Secretary to discharge such functions and perform such duties as may be specified in the order.
