The Odisha Municipal Services Act, 2015State Act of Odisha · Act 7 of 2016

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provislons of this Act, Govemmentmay,by order publlshedin the omcialGazette,makesuch provisionsnot Inconsistentwith provisionsof this Act, asmay appear to it to be necessaryor expedent for removirw the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Everyorder made under this section Shailbe laid, assoon asmay beafter it is made,beforethe Odisha LegisbtlveAssémbly.
