(a) Pay Bill— A Bill shall be prepared for all pay of the staff of the Administration and drawn after approvalof the Administrator,

(b) T.A. Bill _A. T. A. Bill shall be prepared for all journeys performed and the bill passed by the Administrator for payment.

(c) Contingent Bill—A Bill shall be prepared and passed by the Administrator for payment.
