Section 33: Budget

A Budget Estimate and Revised Budget Estimate shall be prepared and placed before the Committee for approval during July and February respectively.

No expenditure shall be incurred without budget provie sion approved by the Committee, A copy of the Budget Estimate and Revised Estimate should be submitted to the Law Department in accordance with section “25 of the Act.
