Section 110: Penalty for unauthorised use of police uniform

Odisha Urban Police Act, 2003State Act of Odisha · Act 8 of 2007

If any person not being police officer wears, without the permission of an officer authorised by the Government in this behalf by general or special order, the uniform of a police officer or any dress having the appearance or bearing any of the distinctive marks of that uniform, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
