Section 16: Cash Book when to be balanced and initialled

The cash book shall be balanced at the close of every month and shall be laid before the Official Trustee, who shall check the entries and satisfy himself that the balance is correct and shall initial the book in token of his having so satisfied himself.

17. Income how payable- The income of trust property may be paid to the person or persons entitled to receive the same either direct or through a bank or lawyers and where any such person is a married woman, may be so paid notwithstanding any restraint on anticipation.
