Upon an application in writing by or with the authority of any person interested in trusts property and upon payment of the fees prescribed in rules 8 and 9 of the Official Trustee shall, so far as the interest of the applicant in the trust property may be effected thereby, permit the applicant or his lawyer of other authorised agent to inspect the accounts, document, registers or papers pertaining to the trust and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. Subject as aforesaid, the Official Trustee shall observe secrecy in respect of any trust in course of administration by him.
