When any trust estates in the hands of the Official Trustee are to be transferred to the account and credit of the Government under section 23, they shall, so far as they consist of moveable property except cash, be converted into cash and together with any cash balance standing to credit of the trust estate shall be paid by the Official Trustee into the Bank to the account and credit of Government. Where any such estates consist of immovable property, the Official Trustee shall make a special report of the matter to the Secretary to Government in the Law and Judiciary Department and shall await such orders as may be given by Government it» respect of such estates.
