Section 51: Exploration operations to be carried out in accordance with the scheme of exploration

Every holder of the exploration licence shall carry out the exploration operations in accordance with the scheme of exploration operation submitted under rule 49 or with such modifications, if any, as intimated under rule 50, or as directed by the administering authority.

52. Intimation about exploration operations- Every holder of an exploration licence shall send to the administering authority, an intimation of the commencement of exploration operations within a period of fifteen days of such commencement.
