Section 53: Submission of reports about exploration operations

Every holder of an exploration licence shall send to the Director General, Geological Survey of India, Kolkata and the administering authority a six monthly report in Form V along with all J28 s THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC: 3(i)1 the underwater photography, geological, geophysical, geochemical and such other data collected by him as per the conditions stipulated in the exploration licence thirty days after expiry of every six months period from the date of execution of the licence or the expiry of the licence or the abandonment of the licence or termination of licence, whichever is earlier:

Provided that in the case of investigations pertaining to the atomic minerals, such report shall also be submitted to the Secretary to the Government of India dealing with Atomic Energy.
