िो कोई जनयम 7 और 8, जनयम 13 के उपजनयम (5), जनयम 14 के उपजनयम (6), जनयम 15, 17, 20, 29, 30, 39, 40, 41, 42 और 44 के उपबंधों का उल्लंघन करेगा, िह कारािास से जिसकी अिजध पांच िषव तक की हो सकेगी या पचास लाख रुपये के िुमावने से, िो एक करोड़ रुपये तक का हो सकेगा, या िोनों से, और िारी उल्लघंन के मामल ेमें, अजतररि िुमावन ेसे, िो ऐसे पहले उल्लंघन के जलए िोषजसजद्ध के पश्चात ्ऐसे उल्लघंन िारी रहने िाले प्रत्येक दिन के जलए पांच लाख रुपये तक का हो सकेगा, िडंनीय होगा । अध्याय 10 अपील
