Section 3: Application

Oil Industry (Development) Board Employees (Leave) Rules, 1984.Central Rules · 1974

Save as otherwise provided in these rules, these rules shall apply to the officers (other than those appointed by the Central Government) and other employees of the Board, but shall not apply to :-

(a) persons in casual or daily rated or part time employees;

(b) persons paid from contingencies;

(d) persons on foreign service to the Board for a limited duration.
