Section 2: Applicability

Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2016Central Regulations · 1990

(1) These Rules shall apply to all employees recruited by Prasar Bharati after 5th October, 2007.

(2) The incumbents appointed to various posts on regular basis in Prasar Bharati before the commencements of these Rules and after 5th day of October, 2007 shall be deemed to be covered by these Rules.
