The rules and regulations governing the service conditions of Government servants of the corresponding grades including Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 shall, mutatis mutandis, be applicable to the employees referred to in Regulation (2) above.
