Section 62: Power to reduce or remit fees

The Puducherry Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1972Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 6 of 1973

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, reduce or remit, in the whole or in any part of this Union territory, all or any of the fees chargeable under this Act, and may, in like manner, cancel or vary such notification.

CHAPTER - VII M ISCELLANEOUS +[ 63. Collection of fees by stamps or e-stamps. - All fees chargeable under this Act shall be collected by stamps or e-stamps].

+[ 64. Stamps to be impressed or adhesive or e-stamps. - The stamps used to denote any fee chargeable under this Act shall be impressed or adhesive or partly impressed and partly adhesive or e-stamps, as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, from time to time direct].
