The Puducherry Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1972Union territory Act of Puducherry · Act 6 of 1973

Where any document which ought to bear a stamp under this Act is amended in order merely to correct a mistake and to make it conform to the original intention of the parties, it shall not be necessary to impose a fresh stamp.

+Amended vide Act 11 of 2017 and enforced w.e.f 13.12.2017 vide Notification No.8082/DRDM/C3/CFSVA/e-Stamp/2016 dated 09.03.2016.
