Section 25: Registrations Terms and Conditions

Puducherry Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)Rules, 2017Union territory Rules of Puducherry · 2016

(1) The Registration is granted subject to all provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and the Puducherry Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017.

(2) The Registration shall affix on a conspicuous part of the Institution signboard on which shall be painted in large letters in English and regional language the name of the Institution.

(3) The Registration shall not be transferable.

(4) The Registration is liable to be cancelled, if, the Home does not satisfy the clauses as per the said rules.
