The expenditure for official purposes shall be incurred by the Commissioner after observing the usual Government procedures/ formalities. The Commissioner shall submit to the Government through the Secretary in-charge of affairs of Persons with Disabilities, its annual report of activities and annual statement of accounts duly audited by the Accountant-General, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Unit, not later than the 1st May of the following year as specified in rules 30 and 31.
