Section 30: Grants by the Government

The Puducherry Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018Union territory Rules of Puducherry · 2016

(1) The Government shall, after due appropriation made by the Legislative Assembly by law in this behalf, pay the commission by way of grants such sum of money as the Government may think fit for being utilized for the purpose of the Act and these rules.

(2) The Commissioner may spend such sum as he thinks fit for performing the functions under the Act and these rules, and such sum shall be treated as expenditure payable out of the grants referred to in sub-rule (1).
