Section 23: Employees o/Town Vending Commit1ee

Puducherry Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017Central Rules · 2014

The Local Authority concerned, with the-prior approval of the Government shall, when so requested by a Town Vending Committee, make available to that committee such employees as the Local Authority considers necessary for discharge of the functions conferred or imposed on the Town Vending Comminee by rule 21 of these rules.
