Section 46: Penalty

The Punjab Ancient And Historical Monuments And Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1965State Rules of Punjab · 1964

Whoever copies of films any protected monument does any other act in contravention of any provision of this chapter of any permission or license granted thereunder shall be punishable with which may extend to five hundred rupees.
