Section 47: Manner of preferring an appeal

(l) Every appeal to the Government Section 38 (2) (f) under the Punjab Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1964, or under these rules shall be writing and shall be preferred within one month of the date of receipt the order appealed against.

(2) Every such appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against.
