The price payable for allotment of plots and apartments reserved to be sold or leased to the persons belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society shall be at least fifteen percent less than the price fixed for the allotment of such plots or apartments to other categories of persons and unless the allottee voluntarily agrees to pay the price so fixed in lump sum, the price shall be payable in instalments to be fixed by the promoter in such a way that it would be recoverable within a period of at least three years from the date of allotment of the apartment or the plot, as the case may be.
