The promoter shall disclose the number of his certificate of registration granted under sub-section (2) of section 21 and, in the case of a colony, also the validity of licence issued under sub-section (3) of section 5 and display the certificate of registration and the licence so granted at a conspicuous place in his office and make it available for inspection to the persons taking or intending to take an apartment or a plot in the colony and to a person authorised by the competent authority.
