Section 236: Returns

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

Every employer of registered establishment shall send annually a return relating to such establishment in duplicate in Form-XXVI to the registering officer having jurisdiction so as to reach him not later than the fifteenth February following the end of each calendar year with a copy to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
