Section 247: Meetings of the Board

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

The Board shall meet at least once in six months:

Provided that the Chairperson shall, within fifteen days of the receipt of a requisition in writing from not less than one third of the members of the Board, may call a meeting earlier than six months.
