Section 248: Notice of meeting and the agenda

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

Notice intimating the date, time and venue of every meeting together with agenda, to be discussed at the meeting, shall be sent by registered post, courier service or by special messenger, to each member fifteen days before the meeting:

Provided that when the Chairperson calls a meeting for the consideration of any matter, which in his opinion is urgent, notice of not less than three days shall be deemed sufficient.
