Section 90: Project Engineer

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

(1) Every employer undertaking heavy excavation or tunnelling work, shall appoint an experienced and qualified Project Engineer for safe operation of machinery and tools for execution of such projects.

(2) Such Project Engineer shall be overall responsible for execution of the project.

(3) The name and address of such Project Engineer shall be forwarded to the principal employer, if any, and to the Chief Inspector.
