The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Rules, 1968State Rules of Punjab · 1968

(1) No person shall act as a broker in any fair area unless he has obtained a license in Form C.F.R. 4 from the fair officer of that area on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.

(2) Every license issued under this rule shall be valid for the duration of the fair for which it is issued and shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified in it.
