The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Rules, 1968State Rules of Punjab · 1968

(1) Where a fair officer passes an order suspending or cancelling the license of a broker under sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Act he shall immediately send a copy of the order to the Deputy Commissioner and shall also serve a copy of the order on the broker concerned.

(2) The Deputy Commissioner may suo moto or on an application made to him in this behalf revise any order passed by the fair officer.

9. For the purpose of assisting him in making arrangements connected with the holding of a cattle fair and its proper control, management and regulation the fair officer may, with the approval of Licensing of brokers,Sections 9 and 22 (2) (d) Revision against suspension of license of broker.
