15. Canteen hours.The working hours of the canteen shall be as under :
() 2 hours in the morning immediately after lo¢k
(i) 2 hours in the evening immediately before lock-up.
(iii) The canteens shall remain closed on the Jast Saturday of every mqn th for stock taking. The SuperiFtçndent Jail shall'�ppoint one senior official rom 'thé,staff"other than incharge of the çanteejnfori this purpose.
Utilisation of profits.The profits of the canteen fund, m�y,,wip the approval of the Canteen Committee, be utilised for the following purposes
