Section 21

The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005State Act of Punjab · Act 25 of 2005

(1) The Executive Council shall consist of the following pejns, namely :~

(e) two persons, to be nominated by .. Members the Chancellor.

(2) The Registrar shall be the Member—Secretary of the Executive Council.

(3) The Executive Council shall be the supreme executive body of the University. The Executive Council shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed.

(4) The Executive Council shall be responsible for the administration, development and management of the affairs and all other matters of the University. '
