Section 10: A letter of intent to transfer the property

Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Rules, 2021State Rules of Punjab · 2020

After satisfying itself that the transferee is eligible, municipality shall issue a Letter of Intent in Form-F which shall include the proposal to be accepted and all the terms and conditions of transfer.
