Section 20: Oath of allegiance

The Punjab Municipal Corporation Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1978State Rules of Punjab · 1976

Every member of a Service unless he has already 8 Punjab Municipal Corporation Services (Recruitment.....) Rules, 1978, Rule 16 done so, shall be required to take the oath of allegiance to India and to the Constitution of India as by law established.
