Section 4: Unauthorized forms not to be used

The Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014State Rules of Punjab · 1994

No form other than those Sections 143 and prescribed in these rules, shall be used by the Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad: l9J Providc.d that Central Govemment or State Government may prescribe forms for execution of any scheme or otherwise.
