Section 67: Acknowledgement or :pay

The Executive Officer or the Chief Executive Officer, shall personally be responsible for the amount drawn on a bill signed by him till the amount is paid and legally valid receipt of the payee is obtained. In case payment is made by che4ue or draft or by crediting the bank accounts of the employees, there shall be no need of getting,a receipt.
