Section 68: Last pay certificate

' In the ev.ent of transfer of any of the employeef of the Panchayat Samiti or the Zita Parishad, The Executive Officer or the · Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, shall issue a ' last pay certificate PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JANUARY 9, 2014 83 (PA USA 19, 1935 SAKA) to him in Form FBA-25:

Provided that in the even! of transfer of an employee who has served fifteen days of the month or more in the Panchayati Raj institution whercfrom he is transferred, the salary of the whole month shall be drawn by that institution otherwise salary of the whole month shall be drawn by the new institution, where he is posted.
