Payment of travelling allowances, if Sections t43 and admissible, to Chairman, Vice Chairman or members of the Panchayat Samiti 193 or Zila Parishad, as the case may be, shall be effected by means of travelling allowances bill in the Form !'BA 27 and that to the employees in Form f'BA 27-A.
