Section 69: Establishment Check Registcr

ln order to facililale the check of Se<tions 143 and . 193 establ ishmenl bills and to ensure chat no charge is paid over twice, an Establishment Check Register shall be maintained in Forni FBA-26 in which the whole 'establishmcnl of !he Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad, as the case may be, paid from the fund, shall be recorded. As soon as a fresh appointment or revision of establishme·i1t is made, it shall be entered in the register togelher wilh the nuniber and dale of sanction of the competent authorily. Changes due to revision of establishment shall be initialed by !he Executive Officer or the Chief Executhve. Officer, as the case may be. The pay in this regis1er is required to be recorded under 1he month for which it was due and not that in which it was disbursed.
