Section 89: Storage

The officer or official entrusted with the custody of stores of any kind shall be personally responsible of arranging for the.ir safe custody for PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JANUARY 9. 20 !4 95 (PAUSA 19.1935 SAKA) keeping them in good and etlicient condition and for protecting them from damage or detenorati'?n. Any loss or.larnage shall be immediately brought to the notice of the f;xecutive Officer or the Chief Ex~-.::utivc OITicc1, as the case may be:

Provided tliat 11 "the responsibility of the Pancha)at Sam ill or the Zola J>arishad to arrange for godowns or refrigerator for medicine etc. for safe custody and protection for stores.
