Section 9: Supplies or copies of sanctioned Budget of P11nc hayat Samiti

As ·S«1ion M2 soon as the b11dgct estimates of the Panchayat Samiti are sanctioned, copies there of s hall be supplied within a week to;

(i) the Government ;and

(ii) the Zila Parishad.

) 0. Budget ofZila Parishad.- ( l) The provisions of rules 5 to 8 shall apply S«ti<>n 193 mutatis mutandis to the preparation of the budget of the Zila Parishad in so for as these may be applicable to it.

(2) Every Zila Parishad shall have the power to include any other item of expenditure in budget estimates in addition to the items enumerated in rule 7.
