Section 13: Discipline, punishment and appeal

The Punjab Panchayati Raj Rural Veterinary (Group-A) Service Rules,2011State Rules of Punjab · 1994

(I) In the matters of discipline, punishment and appeal, the memebrs of the Service shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Services (punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970, as amended from time to time.

(2) The authority empowered to impose penalities specified in rule 5 of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment andAppeal) Rules, 1970, and the appellate authority in respect of the members of the Service, shall be such, as specified in Appendix 'B'.

14. Retirement-The members of Service shall retire on superannuation on attaining the age as provided by the Punjab Government for its employees under the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume-I, Part-I.

IS. Leave to the members of Service.- The members of Service shall be entitled to such leaves, as is admissible to the Veterinary Officers serving in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of the State of Punjab.
