A person, recruited by direct appointment, shall be required to produce a certificate of medical fitness PUNJAB GOVT GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUGUST 14, 2007 320 (SRVN 23, 1929 SAKA) before he join his duties, from such a Medical Officer, who may be authorized by the Board in this regard.
