Section 9: Re-employment

PSBTEIT Service Rules, 9th August 2007State Rules of Punjab · 1993

A person, who has retired on superannuation from the Service of a State Government, Government of India, Board or Public Sector Undertaking, may be re-employed by the Board, if it consider it appropriate in public interest up to the age of sixty-two years:

Provided that a person, who has been dismissed or punished with major penalty by the competent authority including compulsory retirement or who has sought voluntary retirement from his earlier employment, shall not be reemployed.
