The Leader of the'Opposition shall'be entitled to a residence admissible to a Minister of the Punjab Government.

Rent for residence by family after the death of the Leader •• t of the Opposition.- Where, after the death of the Leader of the Opposition, his family continues to OCCl!PY the residence which had been occupied by him immediately prior to his death, in respect of the period specified in clause (b) of sub-section (2). of section 4 of the Act, the family shall be charged in addition to water supply and electricity charges rent in accordance with the principles laid down in the Fundamental Rules, provided that if the residence has been taken on lease from a private I Published in the Punjah Gazette, Legislative Supplement dated 30th March. 1979, vide Notification No. G.S.R. 41/P.A. 1~/78/S. 10/79, dated 24"' March, 1979.
