Section 18: Appeals

Service Regulations 1993State Regulations of Punjab · 1978

An appeal against an Order imposing penalty or suspension shall be made to the Board within one month of the date of serving such Order and the Board's decision on such appeal shall be final.

Joint appeals shall not be entertained.

CHAPTER IX

19. Discipline and Rules of Conduct. - All officers and employees are bound to serve the Corporation in such capacity and at such place, as may be decided by the Corporation from time to time.

19.2 All officers and employees are bound to serve the Corporation faithfully and to the best of their ability.
