Section 95

The Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994State Act of Punjab · Act 19 of 1994

(1) An election petition may be withdrawn only with the permission of the Election Tribunal.

(2) Where an application for withdrawal is made under sub-section (1), notice thereof fixing a date for the hearing of the application, shall be given to all the concerned parties to the election petition and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
